At Annodata we strive to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service at a rate which remains competitive and represents good value for money to you, our customer.
We have been notified by our network provider of an increase to the following services as of 1st January 2024.
An increase of 10% on all recurring charges pertaining to Business and Compliant Call Recording, and 20% on all recurring charges pertaining to Legacy Call Recording.
An increase of 15% to all recurring and one-off events pertaining to CPN services..
An increase of 20% to all the call charges.
Directory Entry Charges
An increase of 10% to all charges. Please note that increases will take effect from the next annual renewal of each entry.
An increase of 10% to all monthly rental fees pertaining to Ethernet services.
An increase of £0.50 for Call Centre and Call Agent bolt-ons per month. For the
avoidance of doubt Horizon Contact subscriptions shall remain unchanged.
An increase of 20% per chargeable CLI per month. For the avoidance of doubt, SIP trunking fraud prevention services remain free of charge.
International Inbound and International SIP
Increase of 10% to the monthly charges.
IPDC and STCM Channel Rentals
An Increase of 10% to all monthly channel rental fees pertaining to existing IPDC and STCM SIP turning variants.
An increase of 15% to all monthly rental fees for mainline broadband services (excluding SoGEA and FTTP circuits)
My Inbound / Contact Point
An increase of 10% to all recurring and one-off events pertaining to MyInbound services.
WLR Line Rentals
Increase of 20% to all fixed line rentals
Unfortunately, we are unable to fully absorb these increases, therefore the above increases will be applied to your services as of 01/01/24
We appreciate any increase is far from ideal and we will continue to work with our providers to minimise the impact of these changes and future adjustments.
